A dwarf evergreen conifer with an upright and dense conical habit. Has short green needles which in Spring the new foliage is a bright butter yellow that reverts back to dark green. Slow growing, approximately 4"-6" a year. Prefers morning sun and afternoon shade in well drained soil.
