Light Needs: Part Shade to Shade
An herbaceous perennial that bears light green leaves rimmed with a wide dark green margins. Spikes of fragrant white flowers bloom in late Summer. Adapts well to dry or moist soils, but prefers evenly moist, organically rich, well-drained soils. Attracts hummingbirds. Division is usually easiest in early spring before the leaves unfurl. Perfect in a Woodland gardens, grouped and massed, or any shade gardens.
