A herbaceous perennial with tall pale lavender summer flowers that attract hummingbirds. Plants need some light morning sun in spring for development of the best golden leaf color. A medium to large hosta that grows in a mound. Leaf centers emerge chartreuse in spring but turn golden yellow as the season progresses. Yellow leaf color may eventually fade to white near the end of the season.
