Low maintenance showy deciduous shrub with a vase shape and gracefully arching branches that reach towards the ground. Attracts butterflies and makes an ideal hedge. Blooms tiny white clustered flowers in early Spring from late April to May. Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils. Can tolerate light shade, a wide range of soils and some drought. Prune as needed immediately after flowering. Deer tolerant and ideal for foundations, borders, sunny woodland margins. Excellent flowering specimen/accent.
