A low growing Herb with gold-edged variegated leaves that does best along pathways and Rock gardens. Prefers well-drained soil and tolerates dry spells, the leaves do not like touching wet soil and needs good ventilation. The herb makes a wonderful seasoning, tea, and potpourri. The essential oil is used in aromatherapy for respiratory complaints. Pinch back blooms for maximum flavor and collect tops to encourage bushy growth. Dry or freeze the leaves to keep for longer periods.
