Herbaceous perennial that prefers medium to wet well-drained soil that is organically rich, will not tolerate the soil drying. From August to September blooms of white to pale lilac with heavy purple spotting on arching stems appear. Ideal in borders, woodland gardens, shade gardens or naturalized areas. Plant where flowers can be easily seen and not in the distance so that you do not lose the beauty of the blooms.
